Senator Jim Nielsen Endorses Tamika Hamilton for Congress
Sacramento, Calif. – Air Force Sergeant and candidate for California’s sixth congressional district Tamika Hamilton today announced she has received the endorsement of long-time State Senator Jim Nielsen.
“As an Air Force Sergeant and mother, Tamika has a clear passion for protecting our communities, especially our children, and ensuring victims of crime are supported,” said Nielsen. “She will be a just and compassionate voice in Washington on criminal justice issues and will make an excellent representative. She has my full support.”
Re-elected to the State Senate in 2013, Nielsen serves as Vice Chair of the powerful Budget and Fiscal Review Committee. Prior to his re-election to the Senate, Nielsen was appointed as Chairman of the California Board of Prison Terms, a position he held from 1992 to 2007.
Nielsen is also one of the authors of California’s landmark Victims’ Bill of Rights and Marsy’s law. He represents parts of Sacramento County, including Rancho Cordova and Antelope, that overlap with California’s newly drawn sixth congressional district.
“Senator Nielsen has done so much to promote public safety and advocate for efficient and responsible government,” said Hamilton. “It’s great to have a fighter like him in my corner.”

Tamika Hamilton Named to E-PAC’s ‘Women to Watch’ List
Fairfield, Calif. – Air Force Sergeant and candidate for California’s third congressional district Tamika Hamilton reacts to news she has made E-PAC’s “Women to Watch” list for the 2021-22 election cycle:
“As a veteran and working mother of five, I feel an obligation to show other women that anything is possible in this country,” said Hamilton. “Being named to this list is a tremendous honor and I’m thankful to be thought of in the same company as other leading Republican women candidates across the nation who are doing so much for their communities.”
E-PAC was founded after the 2018 midterm elections by Republican House Conference Chair Elise Stefanik to support leading Republican women running for Congress.
In 2020, E-PAC helped more than double the number of GOP women in Congress in what former President Trump called 2020, “The Year of the Republican Women.” 11 out of the 15 seats that flipped red were won by E-PAC endorsed Republican women.

Feather River Tea Party Patriots With Special Guest Speaker Tamika Hamilton

Yuba City, Calif. – The Feather River Tea Party Patriots announced Tamika Hamilton, a candidate for California's third congressional district, will be the Special Guest Speaker for their next meeting, Monday, November 1, 2021.
Tamika Hamilton served over 14 years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force. She has been stationed at five different bases and was deployed twice in the Middle East as part of Operation Enduring freedom, the United States Global War on Terrorism. During her 14-year military service, she was awarded several prestigious medals, including the Air Force Achievement Medal, Joint Service Accommodation Medal, Air Force Meritorious Unit Award, and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal.
Tamika chose to become an active Air Force Reservist to spend more time with her family. She and her husband Ray Hamilton live in Dixon, California with their four children. Ray is a U.S. Navy veteran and now serves in the community as a police officer. Both Ray and Tamika are active in their local church and volunteer in their community. Tamika’s volunteer experience with homeless veterans inspired her to run for Congress and bring back honesty and integrity to the U.S. House of Representatives.
Tamika Hamilton is the top candidate chosen by the people to run against and replace John Garamendi in the Congress CA-03 seat. She came very close to beating him in 2020 and can win this time around.
Everyone is welcome. There is no membership and no cost to attend. The Feather River Tea Party Patriots meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. sharp and will be held at Crossroads Community Church, 445 B Street, Yuba City. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Come early to register, socialize with like-minded patriots, and get a good seat.
