California Republican Party Endorses Tamika Hamilton for Congress
Sacramento, Calif. – The Tamika Hamilton for Congress campaign today announced that Air Force Sergeant and leading Republican candidate for California’s sixth congressional district, Tamika Hamilton, has received the endorsement of the California Republican Party.

Sacramento, Calif. – Candidate for California's sixth congressional district Tamika Hamilton today announced her campaign has received the endorsement of the Sacramento County Republican Central Committee. Hamilton received the endorsement during the Sacramento County GOP February 16 meeting.

Robla School Board Member Craig Deluz Endorses Tamika Hamilton for Congress
Sacramento, Calif. – Tamika Hamilton today announced her campaign has received the endorsement of Robla School Board Member Craig Deluz.
“Tamika understands firsthand how tough the pandemic has been on parents and students, especially those who come from underserved communities,” said Deluz. “She’s serious about addressing the learning disruption that’s harmed our students and ensuring our communities have the resources needed to close the achievement gap. She has my support.”
Since 2005, Deluz has served as a member of the Robla School District Board of Trustees, one of Sacramento’s highest performing school districts. He has had the honor of serving as Board President 10 of his 17 years on the Board. His focus as a school board trustee has been to ensure fiscal accountability, address declining enrollment, and invest in technology upgrades to prepare students for jobs of the future.
Deluz also served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former State Assemblyman Kevin Jeffries.
“Craig is an accessible and respected education leader in the Robla community who has done so much for students,” said Hamilton. “I’m grateful for his support."

Senator Jim Nielsen Endorses Tamika Hamilton for Congress
Sacramento, Calif. – Air Force Sergeant and candidate for California’s sixth congressional district Tamika Hamilton today announced she has received the endorsement of long-time State Senator Jim Nielsen.
“As an Air Force Sergeant and mother, Tamika has a clear passion for protecting our communities, especially our children, and ensuring victims of crime are supported,” said Nielsen. “She will be a just and compassionate voice in Washington on criminal justice issues and will make an excellent representative. She has my full support.”
Re-elected to the State Senate in 2013, Nielsen serves as Vice Chair of the powerful Budget and Fiscal Review Committee. Prior to his re-election to the Senate, Nielsen was appointed as Chairman of the California Board of Prison Terms, a position he held from 1992 to 2007.
Nielsen is also one of the authors of California’s landmark Victims’ Bill of Rights and Marsy’s law. He represents parts of Sacramento County, including Rancho Cordova and Antelope, that overlap with California’s newly drawn sixth congressional district.
“Senator Nielsen has done so much to promote public safety and advocate for efficient and responsible government,” said Hamilton. “It’s great to have a fighter like him in my corner.”
